How do you ensure the freshness of perishable items like Chorizo and Morcilla?

All perishable products are shipped in insulated packaging with frozen gel packs. We utilize expedited shipping methods to ensure your items arrive at the optimal temperature for freshness and safety.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to strict customs regulations regarding meat and cheese imports, we are unable to ship our food products outside of the 50 states at this time.

Are your products authentic imports from Spain?

Yes, we take pride in sourcing the majority of our inventory directly from artisanal producers across Spain. Any products produced domestically are made following traditional Spanish recipes and methods.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or spoiled?

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can arrange for a replacement or a refund immediately.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a gift?

While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery hour, you can leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' field at checkout. We will do our best to time the shipment so it arrives as close to your requested date as possible.
