Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal Spanish food products, we cannot accept returns once items have shipped; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if an order is damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect all perishable and non-perishable items to ensure they arrived in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.
- 2.Document Issues
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping packaging to help us process your claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the documentation of the issue to request a replacement or store credit.
- 4.Resolution
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
