Liquid Caramel

This traditional thick and sweet caramel syrup is a typical addition to many popular desserts throughout Spain, like flan. Made with sugar and water, it's often placed at the bottom of a mixing tray before adding in any sweet mix. In addition it can be used on top of a finished pudding or dessert as a garnish.
