ROSARA Cooked Chickpeas

These delicious chickpeas are cooked and preserved the same way they have been for centuries, as are all of Rosara's legumes. They are deliciously tender but with a nice ‘al dente’ texture, and no noticeable skin. We love eating chickpeas in hearty, flavorful stews with chorizo, as well as tossed into a salad.
