Lovely smoked aromas permeate the flavor of this soft, almost velvety cheese. It would make a great accompaniment to bagels and lox. Now there’s a Spanish twist on an old American favorite. Due to the smoke, it also pairs well with spicy chorizo and a sweet marmalade. You can melt it as desired as well!
